Welcome to 2012 Outdoor Challenge!

What is the Outdoor Challenge?
The Missouri Department of Conservation has partnered with KFVS12 for the Outdoor Challenge which will promote family involvement in outdoor activities for a period of three summer months: June, July, & August. The contest will consist of six 2-week contests where viewers meet a designated outdoor challenge, then post their photos. Viewers will vote on submitted photos to decide winners for each contest.

What are the Challenges?
The challenges are:
1. Go Fishing
2. Go Camping
3. Take a Picture of Nature
4. Play in a Creek
5. Take a Hike
6. Pick up Trash

How do I participate?
Simply post your pictures completing the challenge for each round. Each challenge is 2-weeks long. Vote on your favorite pictures.

Can I still play if the contest has already started?
Yes. As long as it is still within the voting period.

Are there prizes?
Yes. Viewers will vote on submitted photos to decide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners for each round. Winners will receive a prize backpack that can be claimed at the Nature Center.
